Serving a mixture of private and commercial clients, she has always remained true to the core principles of integrity, reliability and quality and combined them with the best of methods. She has a reputation for being as combative or as conciliatory as the case requires alongside having a technically astute approach to transactional work.
Myriam was admitted to the Paris bar in 2005 and founded TDR law firm after successfully working in two legal practices, TJRB and Montbrial law firms.

Beatrice was admitted to the Paris bar in 2004 as a Corporate/Commercial Lawyer. She became a Partner in Paris & Hong Kong based law firm TMA in September 2010 before founding TDR law firm. She is a practical lawyer and is careful in providing legal advice within a commercial context that focuses on her clients’ needs.
Approachable, down to earth and supportive to clients, Beatrice has significant experience in making acquisitions and raising capital. She has also advised clients in negotiating contracts and particularly enjoys teaching these subjects at the Paris bar school. Beatrice prides herself on providing clients with solid practical advice.
